Q. I ordered 2+ items, but only received one...where's my order?
A.We source products directly from manufacturers and wholesalers around the world to bring you the coolest products and the lowest prices. This means that sometimes the two or more items that you have purchased are coming from different points of origin and will thus arrive in separate packages!
Q. How long will my package take to arrive?
A. Delivery to the US is generally 8-15 business days. International delivery varies by region, and is generally between 10-25 business days. Some items may vary and product specific shipping estimates are provided in the Shipping tab of product pages.
Busy mail periods like Black Friday, the Christmas season, Chinese New Year and other special activities in your region may cause unexpected delays. Occasionally "Just Pay Shipping" offers generally originate from international warehouses and may take up to 30 business days to arrive due to very high demand.
Shipping to some remote locations may be unavailable. Shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about shipping!
Q. How can I track my order?
A. Your tracking number will be provided via confirmation email as soon as your package ships.

Q. I am a little hesitant to provide payment information online, how secure is your site?
A. RebelsDepot.com guarantees compliance with all 6 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) categories:

Q. Where do your other items come from?
A. Rebels Depot is all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you won't find anywhere else. So we source items from all over the world. While some of our items do come from right here in the US, there are many items that are simply not available stateside. To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best manufacturers designing the coolest stuff.
Q. How are returns handled at Rebels Depot?
A. We're so confident that you will love the products that you purchase from us that we offer a full 60 day satisfaction guarantee! The 60 days starts the day the product is delivered.
Q. What about Customs?
A. Though rarely an issue with our orders, customers are responsible for understanding customs requirements or fees for their individual country. Rebels Depot will not be responsible for any additional taxes or fees charged by customs authorities. Customs can cause delays that are beyond our control, we ask for your patience in these rare circumstances.
Q. I want to order a piece of clothing/jewelry but I am unsure of sizing?
A. Apparel items include a sizing guide (when appropriate) in the product description to make for easy size choice. Returns cannot be given in cases where customers have not read/misread the size guide. If you have sizing questions please contact us before ordering and we will help you find the size for you!
Q. What if delivery fails to the address provided?
A. If delivery fails, your Postal Service will leave a note saying that delivery was attempted. It will be your responsibility to follow up with them with the information provided and arrange for pickup or re-delivery. If a package is abandoned for long enough, the package will be returned to sender. Once we receive the returned package we will issue a 50% refund of purchase price (due to administration fee, restocking, and potential damage during transit). If the package fails to arrive back to us, no refund can be given.
