- Most of our items are eligible for our 60 day return policy. For personalized items due to their nature, we cannot accept returns/replacement.
- If the product is defective or otherwise different than ordered on our site (wrong color, wrong product, wrong size), we will cover the return shipping costs, and will send a replacement product or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
- If the product is functional and as promised, but you would still like to return/exchange the product, we will do so, but return shipping/handling (including custom duties/taxes) costs will be covered by you.
- To be eligible for a return in this case, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (original packaging).
